Treasury Board (Standing)


The Treasury Board is empowered to deliberate and formulate recommendations for the Executive Council on matters of finance and operations. The Treasury Board played a key role in the last drafting of the club's bylaws.

Board Responsibilities:

  • Making recommendations to the Executive Council in the areas of capital expenditure, complementary tickets, electronic operations, general operations, finances, registration, and volunteer benfits
  • Performing a monthly audit of the Club's accounts 
  • Preparing a budget for the upcoming fiscal year 
  • Preparing periodic budget reviews and updates 
  • Performing an annual inventory

Positions:

  • Chair (Club Treasurer) 
  • Vice-Chair (VP External) 
  • Secretary (Club Secretary) 
  • Operations Manager 
  • General Members as appointed by the Executive. 
  • (No limit on number of volunteers)
