In-House Dance Competition
The In-House Dance competition is run annually by the UADC! We hold a competition for Newcomer 1, Newcomer 2, Pre-Bronze, Bronze, Silver and Gold (Costume required for gold). The competition is a fun way to show off your skills that you have learnt and to have a fun and upbeat competition against other competitors in your level!
Attached is the form that needs to be completed in order to compete. Please complete the form ASAP and hand it in to an executive on duty at your class! The sooner we get your forms, the sooner we can get everything organized! The competition will be held on March 24th at St. John's Cultural Center!
In order for the competition to run smoothly, we need the help of some amazing volunteers!! Please email Magda at volunteer.director@uadc.ca if you are interested in helping out! We can't hold a competition without you!
Please see our "Competitions" section of the website for more information
We hope to see you compete!

Johann Strauss Ball
I have a message from our Teaching Assistant Representative Anton Szabo concerning a fantastic opportunity at the Johann Strauss Ball.
The Johann Strauss Ball is a fundraising event put on by the central European community to provide scholarships to promising music students to study in Vienna, Austria. The date this year is February 11
By volunteering to participate, you would be the main attraction for all those attending and would perform both a Polonaise and the opening Waltz. The former would be choreographed and would likely require 4-5 rehearsal in January (likely on Sunday afternoons)
This year, the committee is looking for 12 couples to participate. If you are interested, I ask that you get back to me quickly so as to reserve a spot for this fantastic opportunity. You don't necessarily need a partner to volunteer! They have often matched couples together once everyone has arrived.
Please contact Anton Szabo at tarep.uadc@gmail.com

Class evaluation forms - send us your feedback!
Every semester we ask our members to fill out an evaluation form to give us feedback on each of the UADC classes they are taking, as well as to let us know how we are doing with workshops, socials, club communications, etc.
By popular demand, we've now created an online version of the evaluation form. Please spend 10 minutes responding to our survey; you can retake the survey as many times as you like. If you are taking more than one class this term, please complete the survey once per class so that all of our TAs and Instructors can receive the benefit of your feedback.
Click here to enter the survey.
If you prefer to give your feedback using regular pen and paper, ask the executive on duty during your class for a printed copy of the evaluation form. To save trees, we will only have a limited number of printed forms available at each class.
From your Instructors, TAs, Executive, and all our other volunteers, thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback.
